Pesantren Akhlak Mulia stands as a program dedicated to reinforcing the teachings of moral conduct. Recently, SD Islam Al Azhar 11 initiated this program at Duyung Trawas Hill, spanning over two days from January 26th to January 27th, 2024. The participants of this program were fifth-grade students. Beyond its primary objective of fortifying moral education, the program aimed to equip students to become mature individuals in the eyes of Islamic law.
This endeavor transcended mere instruction in religious rituals; it encompassed holistic education towards maturity. The curriculum didn’t solely focus on matters of religious practice but also provided guidance on maturity. The aspiration was for students to comprehend their obligations as Muslims, as servants of Allah SWT.
Throughout the two-day event, various activities were conducted to instill these values deeply. Practical lessons, interactive sessions, and reflective exercises were all part of the holistic approach towards character development. The program didn’t just aim to impart knowledge but to nurture understanding and application in real-life contexts.
SD Islam Al Azhar 11, through the implementation of Pesantren Akhlak Mulia, strives to cultivate a generation of individuals who not only possess academic prowess but also demonstrate exemplary moral character. By instilling these values early on, the school hopes to lay a strong foundation for students to navigate the complexities of life with integrity and grace, fulfilling their roles as righteous members of society and devout servants of Allah SWT.
